At this time there is very little we can offer for those interested in generating wind or hydro power in El Dorado County. That is mainly due to the fact that this county doesn't provide much (any?) opportunity to really utilize these natural resources. Wind generators really should be more out in the open and have sustained winds or they won't work. Small wind turbines can be used to power batteries which then store the energy, but again, in this county is just isn't viable.
Hydro is also not typically practical for this area.
